Instructions:

You may now print and mail in the registration information from this page or attend one of our public registration dates and fill the information out there. Our mailing address is located on the registration form. Simply print the 2010 Registration Form, plus the Registration Checklist, Player Code of Conduct, and the Parental Code of Conduct. You must fill out all of the information along with signing the forms. Whether you mail in the information or attend a public registration you must attach a copy of your childs birth certificate and a copy of proof of Yavapai County residency which can be a utility bill, etc. 

For mail in registration we will only accept a check or money order at this time. During the public registrations we will accept cash, check or money order. The fee for football is discounted at this time for $125.00 per child. The fee for Cheer is $90.00 per child. 

You may print the physical form and either bring it during our draft day where we will have Doctors performing physicals for a low fee of $15.00. You may also print this form and take it to your childs physician then mail it in to us or bring it to a public registration.

If you are interested in becoming a coach or volunteer please print out the information below and again either mail it to us or bring it to a public registration.
